Barnzy's Professional Pressure Cleaning (ABN 29 112 486 566) is a small owner-operated business. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you request a quote or contact us, and how we handle it. Our approach is aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact us we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your suburb
- The services you're interested in
- Any photo of your property you choose to upload (optional)
- Your preferred way to be contacted (call or text)
Why we collect it
We use this information only to prepare and provide your quote, to contact you about it, and — if you go ahead — to deliver the cleaning service. That's it.
Who sees it
Your details are received by Barnzy directly by email. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. The one exception is service providers we use to run the business (for example, our email inbox provider) which handle the information only as needed to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and any related job records for as long as we reasonably need to for quoting, servicing, warranty follow-up and standard tax and business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch.
